How to duplicate a blog post in Webflow

If you're creating a set of blog posts that all follow a similar format, it might be useful to duplicate your first one when creating the rest.

Follow these steps to duplicate a blog post in the Webflow CMS:

1. Open the CMS view

In the top left navigation bar, you should seen icon for the CMS view. Click on that to open the CMS.

2. Select a blog post

Choose your Blog collection in the left-hand panel to see all your blog posts, and then click into a blog post by selecting on on the right.

3. Duplicate your post

Scroll all the way to the bottom of your original blog post. At the bottom, you'll see an option to duplicate your post. Click that, and it will open up a copied version of the original post for you to edit.

And that's it, you can repeat this step to create a whole set of blog posts following similar structures.

You can apply this duplication to any Collection, it isn't restricted to just blog posts. For example, if you wanted to duplicate a guide you'd written, you could follow the same steps in that collection too.
